Pausing keeps your friends and streaks safe. Deleting removes them for good.
Here’s what happens
When you delete your account:
- 1Your friends, chats and streaks will be gone.
- 2Takes on their way will be canceled.
- 3Your references and catches will be lost.
- 4Your username stays reserved. No one else can take it.
- 5You have 90 days to change your mind by logging back in.

Can’t sign in?
Email support@taketurn.co from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed up with, and include your username. We’ll confirm before we delete anything.
What we keep
A small record with your username and a scrambled account ID, so your username stays reserved. The Privacy Policy explains what else we keep and for how long.
